The Tojiro DP 3- Layer Slicing Knife has incredible durability and cutting power. The Tojiro DP 3-Layer Slicing  Knife has a core of stain resistant high carbon steel alloyed with Molybdenum, sandwiched between two layers of 13-chrome stainless steel. Each DP 3 blade is manufactured under strict quality control for more strength, durability and corrosion resistance than any other knife.

The bolstered handle of the Tojiro DP 3- Layer Slicing Knife is made from ECO resin impregnated wood for incredible water resistance. The DP 3 handles were designed with durability as their top priority; ECO wood is an eco-friendly material with less shrinkage with age-related deterioration, and its bolstered structure and three anchors minimises the chance of cracks and loosening.
