Tojiro knives have won many awards for their performance including being crowned winner of the BBC Good Food Knife Test, as well as being endorsed by celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal.
Tojiro knives are made by the same technique used by Japanese swordsmiths for thousands of years to produce an ultra sharp and long lasting blade. Tojiro Damascus construction comes from the technique of folding and hammering layers of steel into their blades. This technique uses up to 63 layers of steel, allowing the cutting edge to be sharpened at a more accute angle. Each knife is finished off with a stylish Micarta handle and an inlay of stainless steel.
